Termination due to redundancy how to proceed with this legally now

24-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have joined this company in Nov 2015 , I went on maternity in march 20th 2017 and was suppose to join on sept 18th 2017 however I took an approved extension till oct 3rd and after that an extension on medical ground till oct 16th. I was suppose to join on oct 17th where in before my joining, I got this letter of termination due to redundancy. There was never any performance issue nor any misconduct or any warning what so ever. They failed to redeploy me in the current setup and the the compensation offered is one month pay in lieu of the notice and 15 days severance pay for each completed year. Please guide me accordingly as this was a conspiracy against me as other people are hired to do part of my job in different roles.

You can bring up this matter before the court on the basis of termination letter which you have received from the side of your employer and can seek reemployment or compensation along with the penalty to be given to the employer for the breach of laws.
