Termination benefits not being given by co operative society

Iam working in Co-operative Society as a Manager in Mumbai. In appointment letter Notice period of 30 days is mentioned.The employers ( Hon. Secretary) of the society is giving me One salary of Garatuity ( Avg. Salary) and Pro-rata Diwali Bonus after serving 30 days notice.Totally worked for 5 yrs and 6.5 months, Pl Advise.
What benefits are you being deprived off now. You are being given gratuity diwali bonus after you serve the notice period. As per your agreement does it entitle you for some other benefits as well. Kindly clarify that after which we can tell you that are you deprived or not
