Spot Resignation not acknowledged by employer.I am happy to buy notice

Hello,
I have given a spot resignation at my company via email, However my company is not giving me an acceptance Mail.
I need that acceptance email to submit at my new job. My new office says its compulsory for them to know that I have resigned and I am not absconding.
I am ready to buyout my notice period and I have informed them about the same.
Its been 2 days and they are not helping me.
What can I do ? What should I say to them to get this sorted ?
