Signed contract with company resigned after 2 day what action possible

11-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
For employment purpose, I signed a contract on 24th of July 2016, but due to some reasons, I decided to resign and on 26th of July, I dropped the mail to my manager about it. What is the possibility of any sort of legal action against me? (The contract was on 10rs stamp paper, Non-Judicial and all disputes are subjected to Noida Jurisdiction)

To reply to your query it is relevant that I see the employment agreement which you have signed with your company. In any case, they cannot force you not to leave the job and all they can do is claiming one month's salary from you for non-observance of the notice period by you.
