My question is how many days to file chargesheet through police and how many time to case debet.
Police has to usually file the Chargesheet within 90 Days in case of Offences punishable with more than 3 years and within 60 Days in case of offences punishable with less than 3 years. In case, if the Police does not complete its investigation within time, it applies in Court to seek an extension of time limit for completing its investigation.

If you file a complaint with the police then the police investigates the case and in a cognizable offence arrest the accused and are duty bound to file charge sheet before court in 60 or 90 days depending upon the severity of the offence according to the punishment.
