Salary not received what can I do

Hi Team, Please help and suggest for Need help for Labour case. I was working with an organization, and theydid not paid my wages. Then i have filed a case against the employer in Labour court in Karampura, where no one from the management visited in all the three hearing.then this case was referred to karkarduma court.When i visited the court i was alone without an advocate and on the hearing date i was asked to submit the claim form what can be done, and want to know if i can continue for filling the case.
