Salary not given by employer what can I do.

12-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resigned after communication with my seniors. But I couldn't attend office for a week after it due to some illness. I conveyed the same to my employer in advance & agreed to serve one month notice period after I join office again. But they didn't allow me to serve notice period and now asking me to pay one month salary. They even had not paid me my incentives of 2 months which were pending with them 2 months my resignation. But details of incentives are not mentioned in my appointment letter. Please guide what should I do?

Your private employment is governed by the employment contract and the terms and condition mentioned in the contract. If there is a clause in the contract that before termination the company has to serve a notice period then the company is bound to do so. If the company terminates without serving notice period
