Resigned from company in 2009 dues pending how can I recover it

i worked with chennai branch one of the organisation in delhi. i worked in organisation 3 years more. i resinged from company dec-2009. until now they were settled my EPF amount. EPF office also couldn't find my account number. which is company given EPF number is wrong. how can i raise complaint against organisation. please guide me.
