Relieving order date challenge issue

Contract employee working on contract (adhoc) from last 3 to 12 year.there type of appointment is 89 days n at the end of every semester employee are relieved with summer vacation and winter vacation. They also reappointed after the commencement of new session. Punjab govt aided collge 95%govt 5% management. Now we. Filled cwp and we claim that contrAct employee can't replace by contrAct employee. Till regular appointee not come. And we claim 12month salAry becoz relieving illegal. At thE time of filling cwp we are relieved and we not challenge the relieving order date . Kya case weak hai sir haar jayenge

Your challenge to the relieving order cannot be devoid of the date of the order itself. This may lead to the dismissal of the WP at the outset. However, there is one alternative recourse to remedy this situation. More details are needed to give effective advice.
