Regarding fixation of Pay Scale as per Central Government rules

I am working in a Central Government Organisation. My salary was fixed in July 2017 as per 7th Pay. I have received arrear also. In August I have been transferred to other Centre where 7th Pay is under process. Which salary I will get 7th Pay or 6th Pay?

The transfer of person includes the transfer of benefits which he had in the previous place of employment unless there is specific direction to the contrary. Conditions of service, pay-scale can’t be varied to a person’s disadvantage after his transfer.
