process follow to pension after technical resignation (11 year servic)

i am technically resign from depatment of post(central govt),after working 11yrs(1996 to 2007);and join as food inspector july 2008 after completing 3 months training .plz advise the future process to be follow by me for get pension ?
You must be having an uniform pension account number. You will have to apply through new employer for transfer of pension at new employer if there is pension provision in new employment. You have not specified how you left job, what does technical resignation mean. Because in case of resignation one looses right of pension.
