Procedure for implementation of CGIT award

The CGIT mumbai has referred the Award for Gazettee publication. My question is : Assuming it is in my favour , how the award will be implemented. Please give the procedure in detail.
1. The workmen is totally protected. The award passed becomes effective from the date it is gazetted and the workmen has to approach the civil court for execution of the award by the civil court and once the award is executed the workmen is expected lawfully to be reinstated. Any way, the passing of the award, it being gazetted, and then it being executed are all procedural steps but any delay in such process cannot nullify the award. That means the effective date of the passing of the award is a substantial evidence of the culmination of the Industrial Dispute. The workmen need not vacate the house at all even the expectation of the execution of the ward is still being awaited.
