Procedure for action against a company for breach of commitment.

I hired hash digital Pvt. Ltd. to develop my website 0n 14th October 2016. they sent me a proposal in which they promised to complete my work n 35 days. I transferred Rs. 20,000 as per the deal and on 22nd November I transferred the second installment of Rs. 30,000 to their account. its been over 6 months they have not completed my website due to which my launch of website which was in March got pushed and I suffered loss because of that. I don't want to want my money back along with the damages and harassment I suffered because of them. What action can I take against them?

you can file a suit for recovery along with damages against the person in the nearest civil court. there would be a court fess on the total recovery amount which is calculated as per the state where you file it. You can also send him a legal notice asking for recovery along with damages.
