Dear Team, I have joined my previous organisation on 1st Sept 2015 and I got PLI in April 2017 for previous financial year 2015-2016. After that I continued my service and left organisation in April 2017. For financial year 1st Mar 2016 to 31st April 2017 my organisation is denying for PLI. So what is rules and regulations for PLI
IT DEPEND ABOUT THE SERVICE CONDITION BETWEEN YOU AND EMPLOYER.IF YES THE YOU WILL BE ENTITLEMENT . YOU MAY SENT A LEGAL NOTICE TO YOUR ORGNISATION , IF THEY FAILED THEN YOU SHOULD APPROACH TO LABOUR COMISSIONOR FOR THE SAID AMOUNT.
