Officers harassing for irrelevant matter what can i do

I refused to carry a personal baggage of commanding officer while proceeding on emergency leave on uncle's death.. Following that,officers frm unit started harassing me quoting issues dat are non relevant..what can i do ?
In that case you can file the complaint against the concerned people in your department. The complaint should be addressed to the senior officer of the department and the carbon copy should also be sent to the concerned senior officers in your department.
