Not allowing to withdraw my resignation within notice period

I am working with a Private Technology and Management near Hamidpur Delhi from last three years. Due to harassment and continuous mental torture, I have resigned on 9th August. They did not relieve me till 22nd August so I withdraw my resignation on 23rd August. Now they are still harassing me by not accepting my withdraw of resignation. They stopped my salary from July even they have my one month salary as security with them.
You should stop going to the office and shall send the legal notice to them asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your organization. If they do not have any agreement with yourself then ask for the settlement and relieving as per the general practice of the market. Take assistance of any lawyer so that he can rescue you out of this situation.
Later on you can also file the case of defamation and mental harassment and torture in against them seeking heavy compensation from them for the same.
