Non payment of salary. How to proceed ?

I am working in Jud cement meghalaya.My salary is due from last one year.Now management want me to resign from my job and I am ready for it.But how I will get my dues from co.
You will have to send a legal notice to the employer demanding the full and final settlement of your dues, if the said employer denies/ignores to comply with the same, then you can file a civil recovery suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
