Non Payment of Salary and my expenses of one month

Dear Sir, I was employed with a Mumbai based firm in Delhi working from home in sales and services of dyes and chemicals . I was terminated by them as sale did not happen much. They asked me to leave and not paying my salary of April 2025 month.
Sir, in general employment agreements have clauses to terminate only after 2-3 Months advance notice.
If that's your case then you shall immediately send legal notice as to wrongful termination to the concerned firm.
