Non Payment of Salary and my expenses of one month

Dear Sir, I was employed with a Mumbai based firm in Delhi working from home in sales and services of dyes and chemicals . I was terminated by them as sale did not happen much. They asked me to leave and not paying my salary of April 2025 month.

Sir, in general employment agreements have clauses to terminate only after 2-3 Months advance notice. If that's your case then you shall immediately send legal notice as to wrongful termination to the concerned firm. That is not just unprofessional but also illegal on the part of the company. Your services cannot be terminated based on your lack of performance. We can challenge the employment letter and make the company liable for your illegal termination and can claim your remuneration back.

you can send him legal Notice & you can also send a letter to human right commission . after sending the legal notice ,within 15 days you will get your salary. the human right commission will play significant role
