PIP Termination and Severance Compensation Dispute

02-Nov-2026 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have approximately 12 yrs of exp. with a multinational banking organization in a VP role. I was separated following a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), and I have concerns about procedural fairness and gaps in managerial feedback. My full and final settlement, including statutory dues, was completed on 29 Oct 26, but no additional severance or exg-ratia compensation was offered. I seek legal advice on my options for challenging the termination and negotiating additional Compensation

The legality of termination after a PIP depends on the employment contract, applicable labour laws and procedural fairness. I can examine the termination, identify legal remedies and assess grounds for negotiating additional compensation.
