Q: Advice required for property matter

My father in law has two flats. 1st bought by his father but no will done. 2nd bought in his wife's name(now deceased) He gave second flat to his elder daughter and took affidavit on Rs 10 stamp paper from her that she will not have any share in the first flat. Now he is making a will to name the first flat to my wife but elder daughter now wants share in that flat also saying that it is in name of my father in law's father and hence he cannot give it legally. How to avoid this dispute later on

Hi there, firstly challenge the affidavit transferring the second flat to the elder daughter. As the property belonged in the deceased mother's name the same had to be decided between all the legal heirs equally and cannot be given to any One of those based on affidavit. As to grand father's flat it will also be distributed among all the legal heirs equally. My wife filed sec9, sec15 in 2022. She claimed I going to marry sister-in-law Rajani in her petiton. I filed sec 13 1ia in 2022. Again she filed sec498A in highcourt in 2024. After contest I got divorce decree document in mar 2026. Now my parent plan to marry my sister-in-law Rajani in Feb 2027. Shall I get marry her now. What kind of legal issue may face again?

Will police file case against wife for filing false cases when false cases are still pending for trial in court. I have all proofs to substantiate my allegations. Will police file case against wife and his family for filing false cases against me and my family. Court cases pending for trial are pending for more than 4 years and still going on. I'm fed up and I want police to take action against them. Please suggest what should I do
