Q: ED has attached an integrated township land
Many people bought plots/flats with Ansal API in Agra. ED has attached that property against recovery for their projects in Lucknow and Gurugram. Can we protect our property rights as buyers even though builder has not registered property in our name yet though full payment has been made?
Advocate Ishan Parashar answered
Hi there, you cannot generally interfere with the ED proceedings and in your case the property isn't registered yet as well. The better alternative for you would be to file a criminal case along with a civil case for recovery of money or specific performance of the contract between you and the builder. It's advisable to contact me and provide requisite details to assist you with proving appropriate strategy to raise your claim.
Q: Salary, FF not received yet, Employer Name Techclinic connect pvt. ltd
I was working with Techclinic connect pvt. Ltd.(ResearchAyu) and left organization on 9 August 2025. I also serve notice period.I have not received my 1.5 months salary yet. I sent e-mails to HR and CEO but didn't get any response.
Advocate Ishan Parashar answered
Hi there, in this scenario you should begin with sending them a legal notice through lawyer calling for settlement of the issues. If still no response is received then you can either file a complaint in labour court or file a proper suit in the civil courts for recovery of your money along with applicable interest and other components. It's advisable to contact me and provide details as to employment agreement and communications between you and company to suggest you an appropriate forum to raise the claim.
Q: Property found after FIR quashed, can it be issue again?
FIR was cancelled and settled between two relatives on various claims. One of them was movable property. The settlement was that they don’t know where the property is and agree to release claim against the other. If later a third relative has the property and is worried a complaint may be lodged against him, can he go to the police and deposit the property with them and say it was given to him by one of the parties? Will the police take any action on the closed FIR or take new action?
Advocate Ishan Parashar answered
Hi there, in general the police try to mediate the matter but for that you'll have to show them the settlement agreement. If you have a settlement agreement between the first two parties then based on that the third person can give property to the rightful owner. However, it's advisable to contact me and provide more details regarding the settlement terms to assist you better.
