Non payment of final compensation settlement by company. What can I do

The final settlement due as per the contract with the company has not been honoured and my final settlement is pending for one year ,in spite of repeated reminders to the relevant HR personnel and company owners so want to initiate legal action and hence need legal advice
U can initiate action by contacting local lawyer who will in turn approach local labour authority who will give notice to your employer . U need to give all details to lawyer and be prompt to him so that justice can b done
