My employer did not contribute to my provident fund. How to claim it?

I worked for 3 years. After resignation i only got half PF, the contribution of the employer was not put in the PF. What can i do? How can i claim it?
You can send a legal notice to your company thereby asking for your half PF amount.
In case they fail to give you the PF amount you can file a recovery case against them.
