Legal ways if company not settling provident fund of my father

you are not mentioned the city name. or you are not given the PF Account number/ UAN number which is allotted to your father. you can approach the Regional Provident commissioner in this regard for that you have to take the pf account no. and one cancelled cheque and other requirement ask by the RPO for concerned jurisdiction officer

Dear Client,

I am writing this response with regard to your query posted above. You may approach to the Provident Fund Commissioner under Section 7A of the EMPLOYEES’ PROVIDENT FUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1952. The commissioner has been empowered to pass an order in case of dispute and determine the amount due from the employer under any provisions of the said act.
