Legal action in case marksheets have not been updated by college

Person did graduation and had taken admission in post graduate program but in first year and year marksheets are not updated due to back paper but final year marksheet and degree is updated which is issued by university .person completed post graduation with old marksheet . Sir please tell me any legal action can be take against him
First of all you will have file representation before examination controller explaining the whole fact along with Annexure.attached to it whichever is required to prove your case. If no satisfactory action is taken by university concern then file 2nd representation after lapse of one month before VC and a copy of the same to examination controller. And make sure if your grievances is not removed then after lapse of 30 days file a writ petition before High court of your state. Note that the reorientation must be prepared by any legal expert.
