job termination with immediate effect what to do

I was worked with a ltd company,since last2007,as on 03/03/16 I gote a termination letter with imidiat efecta,without any reason,when I was working ,during work period I had lost my right knee legament, that was complete tear as per MRI report,so let me know what I have to do
Did you and your company have any legal agreement. If yes then there would be a termination clause. Please read that and if the company has not complied to that then you can file a case in the labour court for wrongful termination from the company.
