Initially my client now client booked flat with another broker

I have shown my client,property in a Builders Project i have record of him in Customer profile form given at builders office in August 2015 Now Client has booked flat in same project through other broker i have shown Him same bulider project 3 times till December in january he booked flat without informing me,Builders office sale person also know the fact that at first Client was from my side but now they are not accepting their mistake as they have fill the form of other broker in January 2016,Now Client is not ready to talk in this matter,and Builder is saying it is your client mistake
No, you cannot take any action against the client. the client/ buyer can change the broker anytime. you cannot take any legal action against them. they have not cheated you. they might have been given a better deal by the other broker.
