Sir, in order to answer your query I need to understand the structure of your organisation.
In general employees need to work at least 5 years to claim gratuity.
But to give an accurate opinion I need to understand the company structure.
Feel free to reach out and provide details to assist you better.
As per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, continuous service of 5 or more years under the same employer qualifies an employee for gratuity. If all companies are under the same ownership and your service is continuous without a formal break, you may be eligible to claim gratuity based on total service duration. However, proper documentation showing continuity under the same employer is essential. You may consult a legal professional with your appointment letters and salary records for clarity.
