Q: Disability pension due to Diabetes Mellitus Type-II of 20%

Jai Hind Sir,I am retired MWO (HFO) BS Choudhary. I retired on 31 Oct24 from Indian Air Force. My release medical category was declared A4G3 (P) due to my low medical category of 20% ( Diabetes Mellitus Type-II ) .I have recently received a mail from Release medical board stating that I can file within six months of receipt of this letter for medical pension if I wish to get it .Should I apply for medical pension or not ?

Q: ILLEGAL TERMINATION OF MY SERVICE

I am working in a private company as senior accountant since setember 2018 but the owner has four coumpanies. i am looking all companies accounts work. but the own has changed me from one company to his another company befor 5 years. now my total service under his is 7 years. can i calim gratuity ? please suggest

Mera dupti singh h, Bharatpur Rajasthan ka rahne wala hu, 19/06/2004 ko CRPF m bharti hua, 17 saal 5 mahine nokri ki,, nov 2021 m mujhe removal from service kar diya gyaReason:- maine duty join nhi ki kyuki Mera right leg ki surgery huyi thi iss vajah se pair bekar ho gya h isliye maine duty join nhi ki mujhe removal from service kiya .... Mai pension ki maang kar rha hu sir
