i am government servent .I am suspended from my job.without notice.What can I do? Suspended ke karna mere Parihar par Prabhav pda hai.kya me man haani ka dava tik Santa hu???Nina notice ke aadikari else suspended kar Santa.Jabki me mera job badiya SE kar rha tha.

opinion:
if your suspension is against the departmental rules applicable on you and it is in violation of principles of natural justice then your suspension can be stayed and quashed by the High Court of MP. we handle such type of cases.
