How to prove number of working days in job

Legal and valid proof of 240 days working for a employee/workman i.e. how can a workman prove in a court that he had done 240 days in last one calendar year? b---How employee/workman can prove in a court(except affidavit) that he was not gainfully Employed after his wrongful termination? thanx
You can write a letter to the employer seeking the attendance records. If the case goes to court there you can request court to order the employer for presenting the attendance records of that particular period . Along with an affidavit the employer cannot give false information otherwise he will be booked for perjury.
