How can i stop illegal contractual appointment

a illegal contractual appointment of 3 months is subjudice to court.They are again pursuing to extend the tenure to appointment. what should be done to stop doing this illegal act.
There have been instances in the past where the Courts have granted relief to those who come before it to challenge a selection process. But for that we would have to bank absolutely on the court's discretion.
