Government bank not accepting my resignantion

Can i sue my employer(govt bank) for not processing my resignation. They are wilfully delaying it . I am not even provided with any information, no mails/calls, seems like an evil nexus. For 2 months i am sending mails after mails. But no avail. All they need to do is process my resignation. What can I do?
2. If there is any notice period for quitting the job you will have to serve the notice period and wait till the notice period is over.
3.If In spite of that the bank remain silent you can approach the high court or central administrative tribunal.
