F&F -Employer not settling F&F and threatening to send legal notice

Dear Sir, I was asked to leave basis on some anonymous mail the company said they got that I was instigating employees against the senior management which was false wherein the employer threatened me to leave else tey will make my life miserable. I suggested serving the notice period ( 2 months to which they said nt required and they will pay me all dues at the earliest) basis I left on the same day and I was asked to sign a resignation letter. Now they are saying I left in haste and dint service notice period as I admitted to have written that letter. My incentives and all together 3.5 lac. What action can i take?

First of all you need to send a legal notice for recovery of your dues to the said management as soon as possible. wait for 15 days ( for there reply), after that also they are not ready to pay then, the only option you have is " civil suit". 
File a civil suit as per your jurisdiction.
