If your employer is requiring 9 hours of work daily for 6 days a week in violation of applicable labour laws, employment terms or without proper overtime compliance, you may have legal remedies available. I can help you review your employment conditions and advise on the appropriate legal action or complaint before the labour authorities.

If your employer is making employees work beyond the legally permissible hours without complying with applicable labour laws and overtime provisions, you may raise the issue internally or approach the Labour Commissioner/Labour Department for redressal. I can help you understand your rights and the legal remedies available based on your employment terms and state laws.

Under Indian labor laws, a 48-hour weekly limit applies. Working 9 hours daily for 6 days (54 hours) violates this. You can claim overtime wages or approach the Labor Commissioner to address it in consonance with the concerned statute.

Under Indian labor laws, standard working hours cannot exceed 48 hours a week. Working 9 hours daily for 6 days (54 hours) is illegal without overtime pay at double the rate. You can file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner.
