Q: Surety Asking On Process To Remove Name for Ration card

We have applied for surety for Bail against 498A in June 2025, but now the surety is asking to remove his name from Surety as he is not able to process for his new ration card due to remarks on the page. So how to process further and do we need to add no surety or it can be managed on 2 surety as the case is old and will follow on long run

Dear Sir/Ma'am,In march 2026, I have purchased SRA flats which has not completed 5 yrs.That time, i was not in favour to purchase sra flat but due to family ,i agree to purchase. seller is not supportive,he is delaying payment of existing society dues as per verbal communication.
