17-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, Employer is not providing release documents even after completing full 3 months notice period. Also they do not return the money they deducted from my every month's salary in the name of incentive amount. Which measure should I take against this company ? Please guide. Thanks & Regards, JAYANTA PRAMANIK

Firstly, you should serve your employer with a legal notice through an advocate, requiring him to release the documents and settle the dues within stipulated time as mentioned in the legal notice. In case he doesn’t settle the matter even after the legal notice is served to him then you can file a Civil Suit in appropriate Civil Court for settlement of this dispute. You can also file the matter before Mediation Centre for settlement and it is less costly and time saving.
