Eligibility for OBC creamy and non creamy layer

My parents both of them are working, both are government primary school teachers (group c). Their combined income exceeds the limit of 8 lakhs. do I come under non-creamy layer or creamy layer and if its ncl, for getting certificate whether I have to mention both's income or any one of them income. I m so confused!!!
Hi as per the query it is understood that both of your parents are in group c category and their income limit exceeds 8 lakhs. Hence you come under non -creamy layer. Yes you have to mention the income of both parents to obtain the income certificate. However Income is not a matter to get the certificate and only the class is considered upon which the certificate is issued.
