Decuction in salary for three years by employer how to recover amount

My employer started recovery from my salary without my consent on account of an extra allowance given to me for more than three years. it is 33% of gross which becomes a big amount. The total amount is 5 lacs approx. But that allowance is clearly mentioned in my appointment order. No written communication from their side. Can I fight to stop recovery and waiver for the same?

to begin with you can drop an official email to the concerned department asking them for an appropriate answer for deduction of amount, In case they do not give you an answer you may send them a legal notice asking for the deduction of the amount along with recovery of the said amount, if they do not reply back to the notice then you may file a suit as per the law against your company. you need to make sure that you might have to face a lot of problems if you take legal recourse against your company.
