Couldn't join back services on time after holidays. Terminated. Remedy

I joined CRPF as constable in 2001, took leave in 2003 and thereafter couldn't join back. When i went back there was some punishment for not being able to return from holidays on time, so i ran away. Then in july 2004 they removed me from job. Now can i join the services back?
No, if they have removed you then you cannot re join.
However if they have not blacklisted you, then you can apply again and rejoin.
