Contract employee how can I claim permanent employment

I worked in a college(contructual full-time post) from 2010 .Two time I performed election duty(3rd polling officer) and in this year (2016)I performed election dutu as Presiding officer .So how can I case for permanent post.
Employees engaged through a contractor have no employee employer relationship with the Principal employer. Therefore, they can not claim direct employment with the Principal employer. However, if the Principal employer had acted in such a manner that shows the presence of the aforesaid relationship, then the employees of the contractor can demand direct employment status
