Can employer force me to serve full notice period? In appointment letter it's return "employment can be terminated by either employer
Hi if the employment can be terminated by either party then based on the clause of termination as mentioned in the appointment letter you may have to abide and execute your rights. If you have the choice to pay towards shortfall of notice then you can use it.
