Company terminated me now not clearing my dues

I was working for a start up company in Bangalore I had worked for next three months thereafter suddenly they asked me to resign literally forced me to but after my resignation in October 2015 they were supposed to clear my dues within next 45 days of resignation but they did not and this is almost dec 2015 the dues are unclear ..they are repeatedly saying we have no funds and we are arranging funds but not clearing. can you help ?
We suggest that you should send them a legal notice thereby asking them to pay the dues. In case they fail, then you will have to file a suit for recovery thereby your dues alongwith cost of litigation and fees.
