Company not releasing full and final settlement after notice period

I used to work with a IT company. After a couple of months they started giving me unrealistic goals to achieve. I resigned in September. They told me about 1 month notice i served that as well. But they are not releasing my full and final settlement. What action can i take against them?
Send a legal notice and/or demand letter to the company for releasing your full and final settlement amount.
