Company not doing full and final settlement

In appointment terms it is mentioned notice period is 3 months or in lie of that two months basic need to be paid i have served 2 months they are recovering one month notice as per company policy they have 10casual leaves and 10 sickleaves in my final settlement as iam relieving on 30-09-2016 they are recovering 4 days of my leaves saying i have utilised excess of leaves. In my appointment letter it is clearly mentioned my PLI which is a part of CTC they are not paying that saying that will be paid only those who are working on 31-03

Assuming you were employed by a private company, your term of employment is governed entirely by your employment contract. Please refer to your notice period clause in order to check if you were lawfully evicted out of your company.
For your outstanding dues, you can give a legal notice to the management of your company and it they still don’t take any action then you can file a suit against them.
