Company extended probation period without any reason

I Joined as sales executive in a company on 17 sep and came to know i am pregnent on 05 oct and i was kept in new franchise where sales is challenge later in jan 17 i give written notice to manager and hrr regarding my pregnancy in 5 feb they shifted me to new branch which is away from residence saying you will get good manager and all and know from 22 feb they put me on PIP saying your performance is not good and also increased my probabtion period to 3 months as i was getting confirmed on 17 march 2017 above all makes me feel that they dont want to give me maternity benfits thats why they are doing above all please advice what should i do

PIP maybe construed as one of the first step to fire an employee however, regarding your issue you are eligible for maternity benefits as it is one of the fundamental rights of a citizen of India.
