Clarification on company denying to pay full and final settlement

i resigned in company on 4th april 2018 and leave by 28th april 2018...after tht they keeps on delay my fnf..recent they mailed me fnf statement with huge deduction which i still accepted but nw they r not releasing it and not even replying my mails. but they keep on telling other employee to call me and ask about helping in work. please suggest what should i do

This is my response to you:
1. Send them a legal notice to pay your FnF along with interest for the delay;
2. If they still do not send you the money then you will have to file a suit for recovery;
3. Since this is a labour dispute you can file a complaint before the labour comissioner;
4. Also seek compensation for the losses suffered by you mental and monetary loss;
5. The last option is to approach court, but hopefully it does not reach that stage.

In this situatin you can make written communication asking your payment in specific time. If no positive reply you can send legal notice through Advocate
