can i file a sec420 & mental harassment case?

During my Induction, I had a Axis bank salary account of my previous employer (SRL) which my HR said to me that we will convert into Salary Account of Healthspring.
But since then some amount always used to get deducted from my salary account.I thought that might be due to transactions beyond a certain limit.
But, when this kept on happening at regular intervals and after conversation with Axis bank officials, I got to know that the deduction was due to Non-Conversion/ Non-merger of earlier salary account into Salary account of my current company.
Around Rs.13,000/- of my money has been deducted since that period. Now my account already is in negative balance of 3456/-.
Now my HR team is telling to have a word with bank and change the same but what abt d amt which got deducted?
who will be responsible for this and who will be paying that amount?
I was harassed by going bank continuously and financial problems too
This is my response to you:
1. Send a formal notice to the bank and HR to refund your money otherwise you will take legal steps;
2. Collect all oral, written, audio evidences in your favour;
3. Also if they do not do the refund then send a legal notice and ask for compensation;
4. If there is more problems then file a police complaint under 420 and 34 of IPC;
5. Consult a local lawyer for more informed legal opinion.
