Can company's legal adviser attend conciliation at labour commission?

Is a person from the legal team of the company allowed in conciliation proceedings based on authority letter of company, he has an employee I card?I am not sure but I thought that there was some rule that disallows legal person/advocate/representative in conciliation at labour commission?
no there is no such rule that company's legal adviser cannot attend conciliation at labour commission. No, one can disallow any legal person/advocate/representative in conciliation at labour commission as he is representing you before the comission
