Can company change my work if i am selected for different profile.

I was selected in the interview for the chat process in zomato (online food ordering app) after one and half month they called me from my working time (when I was working on floor) then my senior told me that now we are changing your location, Your location will be Gurgaon but I was selected for Delhi, They gave me two options either change the location or give resign this was totally unfair I told them Gurgaon Will be very far from my home I joined this location because it is not that far from my home then they said ok meet tomorrow but today when I came on flor after 5 or 10 mints they called us and said we are not sending anywhere but we are changing your work but I don't want to work in voice process because I was selected for the chat process and I want to work in same. I had given my interview for the chat process. Please advise me how can I tell them no. that I don't want to work in the voice process.
