Am I liable to pay compensation if I resign without notice

I didn’t sign any legal Document which Describe that employer can terminate me without Prior Notice Only Justification they have given is that I am having higher expectation and those expectation they can’t fulfilled I am expecting either they give me 1 month Prior Notice or compensation of 1 month Employment Duration 1 month on probation How I can achieve those?

Your employment in the private sector completely depends upon your employment contract and you can claim according to your contract. If there is no agreement between you and your employer then you cannot claim compensation from your employer.
